Why do I feel stuck?

How often have you asked yourself this question and not found an answer?

So many people want to uncover the reason they feel stuck and can't move forward.

Sometimes it is a simple block easily identified and cleared so you can move forward.

But since everyone is different, there are usually complex unprocessed emotions and limiting beliefs blocking them. 

What do my emotions have to do with it?

Everything in life is ruled by emotion!

It defines the way you see yourself, as well as how other people receive and perceive you.

Your actions and demeanour are a direct result of your emotions.

When you are happy, vibrant, confident, and joyful you are fun to be around.

But when you are sad or troubled, you come across as aggressive, angry and frustrating to be around.

Finding an emotionally happy place is the key to life as you achieve so much more and find greater success.

Living in high vibration and happiness brings our dreams into our reality. 

How do my limiting beliefs make me feel stuck?

Have you ever wanted to do something and had a dream but everyone else told you that you couldn't do it?

That is a limiting belief and not necessarily your own.

It becomes a barrier that stops you from reaching your full potential.

You tell yourself stories that limit what you can and can't achieve.

These stories are old patterns instilled in you by your parents, teachers, workplace, community and more.

Essentially - they are limits put on you by other people, that you believe in yourself.

Don't allow this, you are the only one who can choose what you can do in your life.

A lack of self-belief and not standing in your power makes you feel stuck. 

What does it mean to feel stuck?

You are overwhelmed or overloaded with your emotions, you become stagnant and stay in place.

It is a struggle to move forward and find motivation and often leads to health problems.

Unresolved emotions can also lead to problems like anxiety, depression and PTSD.

Holding your emotions inside or bottling them up is hard for your brain and body to process and therefore your coping mechanisms fall by the wayside.

Resulting in your thoughts becoming really heavy and problematic, leading you to self-depreciation and self-hatred.

The irony is most of these thoughts and feelings are not actually real - they are just the labels you put on them.

You are meant to live in flow and have a wonderful life.

When you are not doing what you are meant to be doing - following your dreams - you stay stuck.

However, when you do you start to manifest the abundant life you are meant to be living. 

What do I need to do to become unstuck?

Firstly, you have to identify the emotions that are inside of you.

Talk with someone trustworthy, a friend or counsellor.

Otherwise, journal them to see clearly what is going on inside of your mind.

Once you know what is going on inside your head you can tackle it and take back control.

Analysing your emotions helps you to choose if this is what you want to believe or whether you want to change it.

When you start to understand where they came from and how you started to think this way, you can clear them.

Heal the pain and trauma behind them and choose for yourself what you want to believe instead.

Make sure you have a true understanding of your emotions

You will never clear or heal an emotion that you are not suffering from.

A lot of people claim to be struggling with an emotion that is not their truth.

Journaling and sharing your story of these emotions will help you uncover the real underlying emotions.

This is the most important part because you will think you are holding on to something that is not true or real.

Resulting in you not being able to clear or heal them.

But when you do clear your real emotions and limiting beliefs you find flow with the universe and your life gets back on track again. 

How can I heal my emotions and create new beliefs?

Once you identify your limiting beliefs and unresolved emotions you will need to implant your new beliefs and feelings.

There are numerous methods to help you do this.
