You’re not broken. But chances are, you’ve been believing a story that tells you otherwise.

Most of us walk through life acting out subconscious scripts we didn’t even write:

  • “I don’t belong.”

  • “I always get it wrong.”

  • “I’m too sensitive / too much / not enough.”

These beliefs shape our confidence, choices, and relationships. And even though the situation might be real, the emotional pain often comes from the story you’re telling yourself about what it means.

Your Life Isn’t Falling Apart, Your Subconscious Is Stuck in the Past

Your subconscious mind is loyal to old programming. Its job is to keep you safe — not to help you thrive.

So when your nervous system feels threatened, it pulls from the same beliefs you picked up as a child (even if they no longer serve you).

That’s why healing isn’t just about “thinking positive” – it’s about reprogramming the story you’re telling yourself at the subconscious level.

Flip the Script – One Thought at a Time

Catch yourself mid-thought.
Ask: “Is this the truth — or just a story I’ve been living by?”

✨ 2. Reframe It

Instead of “Why does this always happen to me?” try:
“What’s this teaching me?” or “What’s the next best step I can take?”

✨ 3. Speak to Yourself with Compassion

What would you say to your best friend if she told you this story?
Say that – to yourself. Daily.

You Are the Author Now

Here’s what I want you to remember: your life isn’t falling apart. You are not your past. You are not your pain. And you are definitely not the story you’re telling yourself.

You are the author now.
