Simple Morning Ritual:

Take 3 deep breaths.

Visualise white light pouring from above into your body – filling your heart, grounding through your feet, and creating a bubble of light around you.

Say:
“I call back my energy. I release what’s not mine. I am protected, centred, and aligned.”
You can do this in 60 seconds – in bed, in the shower, or barefoot on the grass.
It clears the noise and connects you back to your own frequency.
🧠 2. Mindset Rituals to Shift Your State
Feeling triggered? Overthinking? Caught in the same old story?
Ask yourself:
“What is this thought or trigger trying to teach me?”
You always have a choice:

Keep repeating it and stay in the loop.

Or choose a new thought, a new state, a new direction.
Quick Mindset Reset (EFT Style):

“Even though I feel stuck right now, I deeply and completely accept myself.”
