A Universal 1 Year in marks the beginning of an entirely new nine-year cycle. It is not subtle. It is decisive, activating, and confrontational in the best possible way. This is the year where you stop waiting for signs and realise you are the sign.
In this episode, I walk you through what a Universal 1 Year truly means, how to consciously release the emotional baggage of the last cycle, and how each Life Path number can work with this fresh energy rather than resist it.
This is not about manifestation fantasies or vision boards that never turn into action. This is about identity, courage, leadership, transformation and choosing who you become next.

? Life Path Guidance for a Universal 1 Year Numerology
In this episode, I break down each Life Path number and explain:
- The gifts and opportunities available to you this year
- The pitfalls and self-sabotage patterns to watch for
- How to work with this fast, fiery energy instead of burning yourself out
You’ll learn what to lean into, what to release, and how to use this year to plant seeds that shape the next nine years of your life.
If you are unsure of your life path in numerology, just add all the dates of your birth together until you reach a single digit. eg. 2 + 4 + 1 + 9 + 8 + 2 = 26 = 8 this would add up to a life path 8.
If your single digits all up to 11, 22 or 33 – keep it. Those are considered Master Numbers.
Life Paths covered include:
- Life Path 1 through 9
- Master Numbers 11, 22, and 33
According to numerology, each number carries a different invitation in a Universal 1 Year – and knowing yours gives you clarity, direction, and confidence.
