Triggers are a gift. They show you where healing is still needed. Instead of reacting, pause and ask: What is this teaching me? What old belief is surfacing right now?

Awakening can feel isolating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Find mentors, coaches, or like-minded souls who understand the journey and can guide you through the process.
4. Embrace Healing Tools That Work for You

5. Remember, Growth is Non-Linear
