For most of my adult life, my lungs have been a constant source of health challenges. It began at 21 when I was diagnosed with bronchiolitis, which developed into severe asthma. My search led me to uncover the metaphysical meaning behind lung problems—a deep-seated belief that I didn’t deserve to live. This truth resonated within me, sparking a journey of spiritual healing and self-discovery. Over time, I explored various holistic practices and therapies, which helped me heal not only my lungs but also my emotional and spiritual well-being.
